Been there, done that
Here is just a sample of some of projects I've had the pleasure of working on.
Before moving into business and technology operations, I spent much of my career in entertainment, advertising, and digital production. From live award shows and interactive television to national advertising campaigns, I've had the opportunity to work with talented teams bringing creative ideas to life.
Here's a look at some of the projects I've helped bring across the finish line, along with a few memorable moments along the way.

Bringing instant gratification like never before.
PlayLive, an innovative live polling experience, delivers real time interactivity, gives superfans a new platform to voice their opinions, and brings participation TV to another level. Viewers are able to engage directly with host Andy Cohen, and his guests, by answering questions specific to that night's show.
During my time, PlayLive saw an average of 1,500 participants and had led to an average on-air ratings lift of over 13% over non-PlayLive episodes. In the end, fans were happy to do more than Watch.

Nickelodeon's 2015 Kids' Choice Awards
The most slime-filled award show is back!
This year’s Kids' Choice Awards started earlier than ever before and invited viewers to be a part of the show from day one. Nick.com also paved the way in letting kids shape the whole show with an all-new pre-engagement experience that lead to record number involvement; voting modules that were updated with new designed and functionality that lead to higher voting numbers than the previous year; and a new microsite letting kids speak directly to their favorite nominees. And across all platforms, kids were kept in the loop and up-to-date on the latest news and must-see moments featuring this year's host, performers, presenters, and more.
The day-of-show experience put the Kids' Choice Awards at viewer's fingertips with live video and photo streams, live voting, and show updates taking place in real time. In the end, we saw increased engagement across every channel.

The HALO Awards celebrated young people making a difference, and our digital experiences helped bring viewers into the celebration. Across the 2013 and 2014 shows, we partnered with social media and production teams to build excitement leading up to the events, drive audience engagement, and create interactive second-screen experiences.
From live Orange Carpet video streams and real-time photo galleries to social campaigns that encouraged fans to participate, we helped extend the awards beyond the television screen. In 2013, #HALOAwards trended on social media, and the campaign was named a finalist in the 2014 Cynopsis Social Good Awards.
The following year, the expanded digital experience generated over 650K day-of-show visits, 17K live video streams, 3.9M web hits, and 1.7M app visits, with double-digit year-over-year growth for the show site.
Proof that giving back rocks—and that a little digital engagement can go a long way.

Game on!
The debut of the Kids' Choice Sports Awards was a big win for Nickelodeon resulting in large spikes in visits in the weeks leading up to the show and during the day-of-show live video and photostream experience.
Thanks to bountiful content supporting the first annual show, Nick digital platforms saw over 1.4M visits and 5x the normal visits alone during the live-show timeframe. And the live vote pulled over 2M submissions, telling us that many kids were playing and watching along.

Nickelodeon's 2014 Worldwide Day of Play
It’s time to get up and play!
This annual Nickelodeon initiative inspires children to turn off the TV, put down their devices, and get active.
During the 11th annual event, Nick.com helped to support the big day through partner sponsorship and early awareness including a contest that let kids nominate their city for the next stop on the Road to Worldwide Day of Play tour. We received a record amount of submissions and saw an impressive amount of downloads for our Play Toolkit.
In 2015, Worldwide Day of Play was recognized by Cynposis Social Good Awards as the recipient for the Integrated Social Campaign for a brand.

Original Bravo Videos
Make them laugh, keep them informed, and they’ll be back.
While at Bravo, I produced content including character highlights and best moments, music videos, episodic recaps for series premieres and finales, and talent interviews.
My videos have been featured online in the LA Times, Us Weekly and Gawker, plus on-air on “Watch What Happens Live!” and “Morning Joe.”

TeenNick's Degrassi Twitter Party
We’ll bring the drama, you just Tweet along.
During season premieres and finales, TeenNick welcomed Degrassi fans to Twitter parties featuring favorite cast members of the show.
Fans were able to interact with the cast by asking questions, reacting together during moments from the show, and entering a sweepstakes by tweeting #DegrassiParty. The hashtag trended on social media and viewer engagement was at an all-time high.
Throughout the program, I worked with the various social, production, and talent departments to set up and implement a unique and entertaining fan experience.

Talking to your favorite stars is only a Tweet away!
TeenNick's most popular property received a little extra attention from their online fans - and it was a huge success.
Through social media, questions were solicited by Degrassi fans to specific cast members who answered their questions in exclusive videos.
The webisode series was some of the top viewed content on TeenNick.com for all of 2014.
