Operations lead with 15+ years in the TV, digital, and advertising fields. I'm skilled in project management, problem-solving, and team management with a strong record of clearing up communication, creating efficiencies, and saving time and money. Able to create effective systems and documentation that are critical for the success of any organization or company.

 

I have had the privilege to work with numerous companies, clients, and various projects that have helped to give me a well-rounded POV on how to make successful work with positive results. Thanks to my vast experience working in both the TV, Digital, and Advertising fields, I’ve become an expert at understanding how to get things done and get them done right across all lines of work. From initial concept to full production, my passion is helping to deliver quality work while finding ways to best save time, money, and resources across the business.

VP, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

  • Implemented Smartsheet agency-wide producing clarity, balanced workloads, and profitability

  • Use data to recommend employee, hour, and/or role shifts based on revenue and utilization to avoid burnout and agency revenue loss

  • Create various processes for all departments and roles to instill uniformity, accountability, and accuracy

  • Supported and provided valuable insight to the Operations team for scope, statement of work, and overall client relationship issues 

  • Partnered with discipline leads and creative resource management team to identify project resources

  • Spearheaded cross-departmental team progress, timelines, and ensured on-time delivery of final products across multiple, high-complexity projects from conception until production

  • Produced in-house deliverables such as social, digital, and print assets, brand guidelines, product packaging, and more 

  • Managed and aided in the creation and delivery of TV and online video production, brand activations, interactive websites, radio spots, and more

  • Served as the key liaison between the Creative Department, Content Management, Strategy, Art Buying, Media, Design, Production, and the Studio team to ensure continuity, quality, and accuracy for all projects

  • Produced unique and engaging content in support of pre-taped and live events and initiatives including The Kids’ Choice Awards, Kids’ Choice Sports, HALO Awards, Worldwide Day of Play, and Nick Radio 

  • Ran successful day-of-show experiences resulting in continuous YOY site visits and content impressions 

  • Updated and managed content plans and strategy for content rollout leading up to events and initiatives

  • Analyzed metrics around events and pro-social content; use data to craft new content pitches and strategies

DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGER  

TeenNick & Nicktoons, Viacom -- Sept '13 - June '14

  • Managed and executed content plans and digital production processes from ideation to execution

  • Ensured online content was produced in a timely manner for programming stunts and sponsorships

  • Implemented and ran a successful social media programming schedule across six accounts resulting in continuous growth in followers and engagement

  • Compiled social engagement results to evolve brand awareness, drive traffic, and deepen user relationships

DIGITAL PRODUCER

Watch What Happens Live!, Embassy Row -- Jan '12 - Sept '13

  • Produced award-winning second screen interactive PlayLive app, which drew an average 1,500 participants and had led to an average on-air ratings lift of 13% over non-PlayLive episodes

  • Managed the show website, delivering a weekly average of 600k page views and 175k video streams

  • Oversaw the strategic development of content and growth of audience for all social platforms including Twitter (95% growth in five months), Tumblr (over 450 followers in five months), Facebook (30k weekly views and responses)

  • Led daily execution, management, and upload of all video content on the “Watch What Happens Live”  website

  • Produced a packaged integration with Bravo and 4NY Taxi TV and segment produced sponsored on-air integration

ASSOCIATE DIGITAL PRODUCER

Bravo, NBC Universal -- Aug '08 - Jan '12

  • Developed and produced original montage and recap reels for Bravotv.com, with work highlighted on the websites for the LA Times and Us Weekly, gawker.com, and on “Watch What Happens Live!,” and “Morning Joe”

  • Produced and edited all digital video and post-production needs for New York-area shoots; handled filming for  events including talent and red carpet interviews, talent video blogs, and behind the scenes footage

  • Originated and published all weekly press clips for “Watch What Happens Live” and video blogs for “Top Chef” to Bravotv.com, with a 324% increase in page views and 56% increase in average monthly video streams

  • Created a new and highly efficient budgeting system which allowed better planning and money management for all current and upcoming projects. Managed all payment for freelance and vendors as well as estimates of upcoming costs
