Senior Operations Leader | Business & Creative Operations | Cross-Functional Execution | Process Improvement
Selected Projects & Case Studies
Throughout my career, I've helped teams tackle complicated projects, improve how they work together, and bring a little more order to the everyday chaos.
These case studies highlight some of the operational challenges I've worked through—from building reporting systems and repeatable processes to coordinating cross-functional initiatives. They offer a look at how I approach problems, connect people, and turn moving pieces into something more manageable.
Examples are based on professional experience, with confidential details omitted or adapted.

Projects
Creating Clarity Across Product Teams
Designed dashboards, reporting systems, and AI-assisted workflows to organize complex information across multiple teams, improve visibility into priorities and dependencies, and support more actionable leadership updates.
Connecting Teams Around a Complex Initiative
Created a centralized tracking and communication process to coordinate Legal, Product, Engineering, and Design teams, helping maintain clear ownership, decisions, approvals, and next steps.
Bringing Structure to Agency Operations
Developed resource planning, staffing, financial reporting, and project management processes to improve visibility into workloads, budgets, priorities, and execution across multidisciplinary agency teams.
Creating Clarity Across Cross-Functional
Product Teams
Focus: Product Operations | Executive Reporting | AI-Assisted Workflows
The Challenge
Supporting multiple Product and Technology teams required keeping leadership informed about progress, shifting priorities, risks, and dependencies. Relevant information was spread across project management tools, team communications, meeting notes, and individual reporting documents.
Without a consistent reporting structure, bringing that information together required significant manual coordination and made it harder to distinguish meaningful progress from routine activity.
My Approach
I developed a more structured reporting process to consolidate updates across four product teams and make the information easier to understand and act on.
My Work Included
-
Creating standardized dashboards and initiative trackers to provide visibility into status, ownership, risks, and dependencies.
-
Establishing consistent executive reporting formats that prioritized meaningful progress, decisions, and leadership attention.
-
Developing AI-assisted workflows to collect and organize information from Jira, Slack, Confluence, and other operational sources.
-
Reviewing and refining AI-generated content to confirm accuracy, identify missing information, and translate technical updates into plain English.
What I Created
A collection of reusable reporting frameworks, project trackers, and AI-assisted workflows designed to improve the consistency and usability of information shared across teams.
The Value
The work provided a more structured way to communicate program health, identify outstanding decisions, and highlight cross-team dependencies.
The emphasis wasn't simply on reporting more information. It was on making information more useful to the people responsible for moving work forward.
Key Takeaway
Good operational reporting should do more than describe activity. It should help teams understand what's happening, what matters, and what needs to happen next.
Coordinating a Cross-Functional
Privacy Initiative
Focus: Program Operations | Stakeholder Alignment | Process Design
The Challenge
A privacy-compliance initiative required coordination across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Design. Each group had different responsibilities, questions, and dependencies that needed to be resolved as work progressed.
Keeping everyone aligned required a shared understanding of outstanding decisions, approval requirements, ownership, and next steps.
My approach
I established a coordination process designed to keep information organized and make unresolved questions visible.
My responsibilities included
-
Managing recurring Legal and cross-functional check-ins.
-
Developing a shared tracker to document workstreams, owners, decisions, approvals, risks, and blockers.
-
Organizing outstanding Legal questions and preparing meeting agendas around items requiring discussion.
-
Communicating decisions and updates to relevant stakeholders.
-
Following through with Legal and Product/Technology teams to clarify responsibilities and identify outstanding support needs.
What I created
A centralized tracking and communication framework that gave participating teams a consistent view of open issues, ownership, and decisions.
The Value
The process helped keep questions and dependencies visible, reduced reliance on disconnected conversations, and provided a more organized way for stakeholders to coordinate their responsibilities.
Key Takeaway
Cross-functional execution often improves when teams have clear ownership, organized information, and a consistent process for making and communicating decisions.
